Process Piping, Inc.
Last Updated: September 11, 2026

Process Piping, Inc. (“Process Piping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our website, processpipingwi.com, our services, and our business communications, including telephone calls, emails, and text messages.

This policy applies to website visitors, customers, prospective customers, vendors, contractors, and other business contacts. It also applies to information processed through our business texting program involving employees. It does not replace any separate employee, applicant, or benefits privacy notice.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, employer, job title, email address, telephone number, and mailing, billing, or service address.
  • Information about inquiries, estimates, projects, appointments, service requests, and business transactions.
  • Messages, photographs, documents, and other materials you choose to provide.
  • Communication preferences, text messaging consent records, and requests to stop receiving communications.

Information Collected Automatically

Our website and hosting systems may collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages requested, and access dates and times.

Text Messaging Information

When you communicate with us by SMS or MMS, we may collect your mobile number, message content and attachments, timestamps, delivery information, and records of your opt-in, opt-out, or assistance requests.

Information from Others

We may receive business contact and project information from your employer, colleagues, customers, contractors, or vendors in connection with a project or business relationship. Receiving a phone number from another person does not automatically establish your consent to receive text messages.

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms, email, or text messages.

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates.
  • Provide, schedule, coordinate, and support services.
  • Manage projects, customer relationships, vendor relationships, and business transactions.
  • Communicate about appointments, jobsite activities, service updates, and work schedules.
  • Maintain business records and document communication preferences.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and protect our website and communications systems.
  • Detect and address fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If we offer promotional text messages, we obtain separate consent as required. Consent for operational or work-related texts is not treated as consent for marketing texts.

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Service Providers

We may disclose information to providers supporting our operations, such as website hosting, IT support, communications, data storage, and business administration providers. Access is limited to the information reasonably needed for their work, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.

Project Participants

We may disclose relevant contact and project information to contractors, vendors, customers, or other authorized participants when necessary to coordinate or perform requested services.

Professional Advisors & Legal Requirements

We may disclose information to legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional advisors, and when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or protect rights and safety.

Business Transactions

If our business undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be disclosed or transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

At Your Direction

We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.

Every category above is subject to the additional restrictions on mobile information and text messaging consent in Section 4.

4. MOBILE INFORMATION & SMS CONSENT

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent use. We may provide this information to messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and other service providers solely as necessary to operate, deliver, secure, and support our messaging program, or when legally required.

These providers are not authorized to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

We do not purchase, sell, rent, or transfer text messaging consent. A business transfer does not give a recipient permission to use your consent for unrelated messaging or marketing.

These restrictions control over any broader sharing language elsewhere in this policy.

5. COOKIES & WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support its operation and security. Cookies are small files stored on your device.

You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect website features. Browser cookie settings do not control all information collected through server logs or other technologies.

Visiting our website or reading this policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

6. RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

Retention depends on the information involved, the duration of our relationship, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and any pending dispute or legal hold.

We may retain limited consent and suppression records after an opt-out or deletion request to document compliance and prevent unwanted communications. These records are not used to resume messaging without appropriate new consent.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable retention requirements and backup processes.

7. SECURITY

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we process.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. Ordinary email and text messaging may be accessible to others with access to your device, account, or communications network. Please use an appropriate secure method when exchanging sensitive information with us.

8. YOUR CHOICES & PRIVACY REQUESTS

You may contact us to update your information or communication preferences.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing.

Submit requests using the contact information below. We may verify your identity and, where applicable, an authorized agent’s authority before responding. We will request only information reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where required. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal by contacting us and identifying your request as a privacy appeal.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Text messaging opt-out instructions are provided in our SMS Terms & Conditions. You may also contact us directly to request that we stop texting you.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. EXTERNAL WEBSITES

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent privacy or security practices.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The updated policy will display a revised date.

When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes. Updating this policy does not expand the scope of previously obtained text messaging consent.
