SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Process Piping, Inc.
Last Updated: September 11, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions describe the business text messaging program operated by Process Piping, Inc. (“Process Piping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with this program.

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE

Process Piping uses SMS and MMS to communicate with consenting customers, prospective customers, employees, contractors, vendors, and other business contacts.

Messages may concern inquiries, estimates, appointment scheduling, service updates, project coordination, dispatch, work schedules, jobsite information, and customer support.

Messages are limited to the purposes for which you provided consent. Enrollment in operational or work-related messaging does not enroll you in promotional messaging.

2. CONSENT & ENROLLMENT

Before initiating text messages, we obtain and document consent appropriate to the intended communications and applicable legal and provider requirements.

We identify Process Piping as the sender and explain the types of messages involved when requesting consent.

Providing your phone number, submitting a general inquiry, accepting a privacy policy, or having an existing customer or employment relationship does not automatically enroll you in recurring text messages.

If you initiate a text conversation, we may respond to that inquiry. Your message does not authorize unrelated or recurring communications beyond the scope of your request.

You must be the subscriber or an authorized user of the number provided. You may not enroll someone else without proper authority.

3. EMPLOYEE & CONTRACTOR COMMUNICATIONS

Work-related texts may include scheduling, dispatch, project assignments, and jobsite coordination.

Employee and contractor texting preferences are recorded and respected. If you decline or stop receiving texts, contact your supervisor or company representative to arrange another method for necessary work communications.

These terms do not require off-duty availability or change applicable pay, timekeeping, safety, or employment requirements. Employees should follow company procedures for recording time spent performing work, including responding to work-related messages.

4. PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES

If Process Piping offers marketing or promotional texts, we will request separate consent, meeting applicable requirements before sending them.

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Declining promotional texts does not prevent you from requesting or receiving our services.

5. FREQUENCY & CHARGES

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, projects, services, and business or work-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider’s rates and terms govern any charges. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.

6. OPTING OUT

Reply STOP to a message to stop receiving texts from the program. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including requests made by telephone or email using the contact information below.

You do not need to use a particular phrase or provide a reason to withdraw consent.

We process opt-out requests promptly within applicable legal and provider requirements. You may receive one final nonpromotional confirmation of your opt-out. Further texts will not be sent unless you provide appropriate new consent.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing service agreement or project. Necessary communications may continue through another method, such as email or telephone.

7. HELP & SUPPORT

Reply HELP for assistance.

8. CHANGES TO YOUR PHONE NUMBER

Notify us if you change, disconnect, or transfer a number enrolled in our program. Where possible, opt out before giving up the number.

If we learn that a number has been reassigned, we will stop messaging it unless the current subscriber provides appropriate consent.

9. PRIVACY & MOBILE DATA

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not disclosed for another party’s independent use. Limited disclosure to service providers supporting message delivery and program operation, or disclosure required by law, is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

10. DELIVERY & APPROPRIATE USE

Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive because of carrier coverage, network conditions, device settings, or other technical factors. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging is not an emergency reporting service. Call 911 in an emergency. Contact our office directly for urgent business matters.

Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal information by text. Do not read or respond to messages while driving or operating equipment.

11. PROGRAM CHANGES

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program. Material changes will be communicated as required.

Changes to these terms do not create new consent, override an opt-out, or authorize messages outside the scope of existing consent. We will obtain additional consent when required.

12. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms waives rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived or limits responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
